Welcome to Sow and Grow Foundation, an organization dedicated to building capacity and providing resources for individuals and institutions to foster sustainable improvement of livelihoods and economies in sub-Saharan Africa. Our vision is to create an environment where resources and means are available to all people with the potential, capacity, and motivation to effectively and efficiently contribute to development. Our mission is to offer sustainable support to individuals and institutions in all professional fields, whose major objective is to contribute to economic growth in sub-Saharan Africa. We offer a range of services, including project assignments, documentation, mentoring and coaching, and technical support for the development of ICT tools. Our core team comprises professionals in various fields, and we have completed various assignments, including child inclusion studies, rural livelihoods community readiness studies, and implementing the National dairy market survey.
